Mr. Kalibo Alalibo

Mr. Alalibo has more than twenty years’ experience in the industry starting as a Surveyor with Western Geophysical in the 90s. In his role as the Community Empowerment Manager, he oversees all negotiations and agreements with the host communities leading to Global MOUs & Licenses/Permits To Operate. His major highlight was ensuring the peaceful operations by Emerald in the swamp area of OML 141 at the peak of the community challenges in the Niger Delta between 2007 till date. He is a consummate negotiate and a strong advocate for peaceful resolutions to conflicts.
